Fixed wiring inspections (called Electrical Installation Condition Reports or EICRs) are often required for insurance purposes, when selling a property or when renting a property out.

Hannington Gilbert’s engineers are qualified to carry out these 5-yearly inspections and provide the required certification. If remedial work is needed to bring the installation up to a ‘Satisfactory’ standard, we can provide an estimate and carry out all necessary work.

We are also available to carry out regular Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting inspections in rental and commercial properties. This can also include regular quarterly or 6-monthly maintenance visits if required.
